DEPOSIT & CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

This Deposit & Custom Order Policy (the “Policy”) applies to all purchases and custom orders placed with Luxury Diamonds (“Luxury Diamonds,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a deposit and/or placing an order, the client (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) acknowledges and agrees to be bound by the terms set out below.

1. Deposits

Any deposit amount required or accepted by Luxury Diamonds to:

  • secure the purchase of a loose diamond; and/or
  • initiate work on any custom engagement ring, wedding band, or other custom jewellery item is strictly non-refundable, without exception.

Deposits are applied toward the total purchase price of the item(s) ordered and are intended to cover, without limitation, diamond sourcing, design consultation, administrative costs, and the reservation of materials and production capacity.

2. Commencement of Work

For custom jewellery orders, work is deemed to have commenced once any of the following has occurred, at Luxury Diamonds’ sole discretion:

  • design work has been approved or finalized;
  • materials have been ordered or allocated;
  • a diamond has been secured or removed from sale;
  • production has begun by our goldsmiths or manufacturing partners.

Once work has commenced, the order may not be cancelled, and no refunds or credits will be issued for any deposit or payments made.

3. Design Revisions

Luxury Diamonds will make reasonable efforts to accommodate adjustments or revisions to the design specifications of the original purchase only if:

  • the request for revision is submitted in writing; and
  • the request is received prior to the commencement of work by our goldsmiths.

Any approved design revisions may result in additional costs, changes to timelines, or revised pricing, which must be accepted by the Client before proceeding.

Requests for design changes received after work has commenced may be declined or may require the creation of a new order, at Luxury Diamonds’ sole discretion.

4. Final Sale Items

All custom jewellery, special-order diamonds, and items secured specifically at the Client’s request are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

5. Acknowledgement

By placing an order and submitting a deposit with Luxury Diamonds, the Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Deposit & Custom Order Policy in full.

Luxury Diamonds reserves the right to amend or update this Policy at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time the deposit is received shall govern the transaction.
