Deposit Policy

Any deposit amount required to secure the purchase of a diamond and/or to begin working on any custom engagement ring, wedding band or other custom jewellery item is non-refundable.

Luxury Diamonds will accommodate adjustments to the design specifications of the original purchase only in the event that the request to revise the design is received prior to work being started by our goldsmiths.
