Lifetime Manufacturer Warranty

Luxury Diamonds stands behind the quality of our products 100% and assures that all purchases will be free from any manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product. If you believe your purchase has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection by our accredited Jeweler. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, your purchase will be repaired, or if we deem appropriate, the item will be fully replaced. If the item is no longer available, Luxury Diamonds may, at its discretion, offer to replace with similar match or allow a refund equal to the selling price of the original purchase.

If determined that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know what repair services are available at cost or otherwise.

Kindly note that minute irregularities in craftsmanship, and/or variations in natural characteristics in coloured gemstones, or internal inclusions, visible or not, are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the composition of the item, and should not be considered defective.


Complimentary Cleaning and Inspection Services on your Luxury Diamonds Rings

We suggest having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every six months or in the case it undergoes any trauma. Inspections can help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your fine jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to all Luxury Diamonds customers on their Luxury Diamond Rings. Customer only pay for shipping. Repairs to your ring mounting can also be done at this time at cost.


Conditions and Exclusions

Luxury Diamonds Manufacturers Warranty and our accompanying Complimentary Services are available only to the person who purchased the covered product from Luxury Diamonds.

Maintenance, repair, sizing or other service performed by a third party other than Luxury Diamonds will void your Manufacturers Warranty.

Fine jewelry is not unaffected by normal wear, daily activities or trauma. This is particularly true for rings since hands are regularly subjected to considerable abuse. We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear and tear, theft, product loss, or loss of stones. Any damage or loss that results from failure to perform repairs necessary to maintain the integrity of the item are also not covered.

Here are some examples of common jewelry issues that are not considered manufacturing defects include:

  1. Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, such as chlorine in swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing, or products such as makeup.
  2. Prongs and precious metals, typically, wear over time. These may require restoration work or building-up due to normal wear.
  3. Bent, caught or worn out prongs which cause a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear, or other damage.
  4. Lost stones, or a stone that has fallen out due to the chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
